Two-stage GL transaction scrutiny for the AF Yardi portfolio (Sunroad). Stage 1 runs deterministic coding rules in your browser at zero AI cost — including hard policy flags on accounts the coding alignment marks "DO NOT USE"; only semantically ambiguous transactions go to Claude Haiku (temperature 0, cached repo context). Multi-property Yardi "General Ledger" exports are supported — each transaction is tagged to its property, and the report's own Period column drives cutoff checks. Upload the close month plus 2–3 prior months (filter the period range in the Yardi export — a full-year, all-property file exceeds the per-run parse limit); scrutiny runs on the latest period.
