How to use
  1. In RentManager, export the month's reports to Excel for each property and keep the names RentManager gives them, for example Owner - User_20261022102739355-63-Bills Paid - ABCD.xlsx. The property code is the text after the last “ - ”.
  2. Put the exports in one folder, click Choose folder… and pick it, or drop the folder or the files on the box. Only the files directly in the folder are read.
  3. Check the list: each property shows the name and month read from its T12 (Profit & Loss 12 Month Recap), the tabs it will get, and any file left out with the reason.
  4. The packets go to a Financial Packets folder inside the input folder; Choose another folder… changes that, and the choice is remembered on this computer. Browsers that cannot write to folders download one .zip instead.
  5. Click Merge packets, review the summary, then move the packets to the appropriate Global Insider folder.

Tabs: Index, T12, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Budget Comparison, Bills Paid, GL, Aged AR, Aged AP, Rent Roll, then any other report under a short name from its title. Checks: a property without a T12 is skipped; a report whose header names another property or month than the T12 is left out; when a report was exported twice, the newer export is used. Reports whose header states no month (Open Aged Payables) are merged and noted. Each report is copied exactly as exported: values, formulas, number formats, widths, merges, page setup and pictures; nothing is recalculated.
